The CMA 180 single rack high temperature straight dishwasher is perfect for both glassware and dishware and can accommodate items that are up to 44 cm (17 ½ “) in height. The machine has a 58 second total cycle and can clean up to 60 racks (240 covers) per hour using only 3.1 L (0.82 US gal) of water per cycle. It requires a 208/240 V 3 phase electrical connection. Safe-T-temp feature ensures consistent 180°F final sanitizing rinse temperatures.
